Description: The Public Leadership Executive Program, delivered in partnership with IMD and spanning six months, offers leaders a comprehensive learning journey that integrates public policy and leadership. Through lecture-based learning and executive coaching, participants gain a solid understanding of the policymaking process while strengthening key leadership, strategy, and management skills required to design and implement effective public policies. The program focuses on strategic leadership, policy execution, scenario planning, negotiation, and leading change in complex public sector environments. Who Should Register: Managers: Minimum of eight years of experience, including at least three years in team management. Leaders: Seeking to elevate their effectiveness in leading themselves, teams, and organizations. Proficiency of written and spoken English: The program will be delivered in English. Applicants should be proficient in written and spoken English. Learning Outcomes:

• Design and implement effective solutions aligned with national and organizational priorities.
• Demonstrate self-awareness and emotional intelligence to lead teams effectively, especially in high-pressure environments.
• Analyze and apply the full policy cycle, from agenda-setting and formulation to execution and evaluation.
• Apply practical skills to manage conflict, negotiate outcomes, and engage stakeholders across sectors.
• Use foresight and scenario planning techniques to anticipate trends and drive long-term value.
• Collaborate with a diverse peer group and reflect on cross-cultural perspectives and global leadership practices.
