Description: The Emerging Leaders Executive Program is a 12-month transformational journey designed for high-potential professionals preparing to step into leadership roles. Offered in partnership with IMD, the program blends leadership, innovation, management, and business within a public policy context. Across six focused modules and coaching sessions, participants will explore new ideas, develop practical skills, and gain actionable insights that can be applied directly to real-world challenges, equipping them to lead with impact and drive meaningful change. Who Should Register: Five years of experience: Employees with a minimum of five years of experience who are on a high-potential track toward leadership. Employees: Employees aiming to develop the skills required to transition from individual contribution to effective leadership. Proficiency of written and spoken English: The program will be delivered in English. Applicants should be proficient in written and spoken English. Learning Outcomes:

• Demonstrate self-awareness and apply key principles of influential leadership to effectively manage teams.
• Analyze complex challenges and formulate strategies for policy development and decision-making.
