Description: This three-day executive course equips professionals with the practical skills, tools, and leadership mindset needed to drive effective interagency policy coordination. Rooted in real-world application and aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the program emphasizes the strategic importance of collaboration across ministries and government entities in addressing complex national priorities. Participants will explore the foundations of collaborative leadership, identify barriers to coordination, and apply proven tools such as joint task forces, shared digital platforms, interagency committees, and memoranda of understanding (MoUs).
