Description: This three-day executive course equips professionals with the practical skills, tools, and leadership mindset needed to drive effective interagency policy coordination. Rooted in real-world application and aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the program emphasizes the strategic importance of collaboration across ministries and government entities in addressing complex national priorities. Participants will explore the foundations of collaborative leadership, identify barriers to coordination, and apply proven tools such as joint task forces, shared digital platforms, interagency committees, and memoranda of understanding (MoUs). Who Should Register: Experienced employees: involved in policy design, coordination, or delivery. Professionals: working in transformation, strategy, or governance who need to coordinate across ministries or sectors. Proficiency of written and spoken English: The program will be delivered in English. Applicants should be proficient in written and spoken English. Learning Outcomes:

• Diagnose system-level challenges that cause government programs to stall, including unclear mandates, data inconsistencies, and timing misalignments.
• Design coordination architectures that clarify authority, synchronize decisions, and promote shared accountability.
• Develop effective collaboration rhythms (“tempo”) through structured reviews, progress meetings, and escalation routines that maintain momentum.
• Align incentives and responsibilities using cross-agency KPIs, joint budgets, or shared outcomes to reduce duplication and foster ownership.
• Strengthen leadership and trust across institutional boundaries to sustain delivery, even during periods of pressure or transition.
• Translate national strategies into measurable outcomes using practical, replicable tools applicable to any coordination challenge.
