SELA and Women & Energy are looking for Mentors (March 2026 – April 2026)

Dear SELA Members, this initiative offers you a unique opportunity to give back by mentoring KFUPM fresh graduates while strengthening your own leadership and professional impact. As a mentor, you will share real-world experience, expand your influence within the SELA community, and play an active role in shaping career-ready graduates. The program provides a structured yet flexible mentoring model, allowing you to engage through one-on-one and small group sessions, supported by clear objectives and defined milestones.

Participation as a mentor enhances your leadership presence, communication, and coaching skills while increasing your visibility and professional recognition within SELA. Mentors benefit from meaningful networking with fellow professionals, exposure to emerging talent, and the personal fulfillment that comes from guiding future leaders. Your engagement directly contributes to students’ career clarity and readiness, with the Mentorship Phase running from March (career direction) through April (career readiness), leading up to Career Day.
