Description: The Public Leadership Executive Program offers executives the opportunity to be part of the transformational learning journey that uniqluy combines the domains of public policy and leadership. The program helps participants gain a deeper understanding of the public policy making process, frameworks and tools. It also builds a strong foundation in the management and leadership skills necessary to formulate and implement public policies effectively. Approval from your entity is REQUIRED -------------- The program is organized into five modules that will be delivered in concentrated sessions throughout the year at the KAPSARC School of Public Policy (KSPP) in partnership with the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) and the Hertie School of Public Policy. Who Should Register:

• Mid-Career Executives: This program is designed for executives, including government division heads and mid-level company managers with more than eight years of managerial experience. Participants should have prior experience in team management, strategic planning, and implementation Proficiency of written and spoken English. The program will be delivered in English. Applicants should be proficient in written and spoken English.
